Flag Football
At BG Upward we pride ourselves on player experience and have been fortunate enough to see the fruits of this through the growth of our league. Each year we have around 220 players, 40 coaches, and 3 rounds of game times on Saturday mornings.
Our league is 100% volunteer based with some of the most upstanding and devoted volunteers around! Upward Sports is a Christian organization bringing the hope of the gospel through half time devotionals and biblical principles exemplified through our coaches and volunteers.

Perfect Time
Commitment
Practices are once a week for one hour. Game days are one hour every Saturday.
One Location
Practices and games are located within the Bowling Green community.
Experience
The driving purpose behind Upward Sports is to help young athletes PLAY WITH PURPOSE, which is why we have half-time devotionals during practice and game day!
Season Info & FAQs

Registration opens June 1st of each year and will close July 25th.

Registration cost is $135.

When registering we advise you to review the sizing chart on the registration form.

Our league does have capacity limits and encourage you to register asap.

We have a multi child discount that is automatically calculated when registering.

We cannot honor player team request or coach request in order to keep the league competitive and not compromise the integrity of the program.

Each flag football player will need to be evaluated.

It is crucial that your child is evaluated so teams are even and competitive. Evals take around 20 mins to complete and your child must attend one date. You will not need to stay the entire time.

**Should a game get canceled, due to weather, the make up game will be scheduled for the following Sunday.
