Basketball

We are excited to be relaunching the Bowling Green, OH Upward Basketball league for the 2024 season. With a combined group of people leading the charge, Rebekah will be the Directors and point of contact for basektball.

Rebekah and her husband Jason have two children. She teaches kindergarten, coaches several sports for the BG Christian Academy, and also serves on Staff with Covenant Kids. We are THRILLED to have her join the BG Upward Sports program and excited for the season!

Season Info & FAQs

Registration opens October 30th, 2023 at 12:00pm EST and will close December 2nd, 2023
Registration cost is $140
We will have three divisions; K-1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th- 5th
Kindergarten thru 3rd grade is co-ed and there will be 4th-5th grade boy's teams and girl's teams
Practices will be held Monday-Thursday 5-8 p.m. at either FUM Church, or Conneaut Elementary School in Bowling Green
Teams will practice 1 hour per week and play a 1 hour game on Saturday mornings
Games will be on Saturday mornings between 8am-12pm at the BGSU Rec Center
We cannot honor player team request or coach request in order to keep the league competitive and not compromise the integrity of the program
Our league does have capacity limits and encourage you to register asap
When registering we advise you to review the sizing chart on the registration form for uniforms

EVALUATION DATES: Evals take 15 mins to complete

Friday, December 1st 5:00pm- 8:00pm
Saturday, December 2nd 9:00am- 12:00pm
Located at the BG Church of the Nazarene

*It is crucial that your child is evaluated so teams are even and competitive. Evals take around 15 mins to complete and your child must attend one date. You will not need to stay the entire time.
