Cheerleading

Emilia Esposito attends Bowling Green High School, is a varsity cheerleader for BG Highschool, and is our veteran Cheer Coach at BG Upward Sports. If you have ever met Emilia she is extremely wise beyond her years and brings a ton of energy. With her 13+ years of dance experience and 3 +years of coaching cheer experience she is our leagues game changer recipient!

Emilia is the Cheer coach for both the Flag Football and Basketball leagues at BG Upward Sports!

Season Info

We provide cheerleading leagues for both our Flag Football and Basketball program
Cheerleading is for girls in the (2nd-6th) grade in Flag Football
Cheerleading is for girls (2nd- 5th grade) in Basketball
There are 2 squads which are broken up into 2nd-3rd graders and 4th-6th or 4th-5th graders.
Practice is once a week and they cheer one game on Saturdays
Games for basketball will be held at the BGSU Rec Center
8 games and 11 practices in the season
