Cheerleading

Emilia Esposito attends Bowling Green State University, and was previously a varsity cheerleader for BG Highschool, and is our veteran Cheer Coach at BG Upward Sports. If you have ever met Emilia she is extremely wise beyond her years and brings a ton of energy. With her 13+ years of dance experience and 3 +years of coaching cheer experience she is our leagues game changer recipient!

Emilia is the Cheer coach for both the Flag Football and Basketball leagues at BG Upward Sports!

Season Info

We provide cheerleading leagues for both our Flag Football and Basketball program
Cheerleading is for girls in the (8yr- 12yr olds) in Flag Football
Cheerleading is for girls (6yr- 9yr olds) in Basketball.
There are 2 squads split between age groups.
Practice is once a week held at the BG Church of the Nazarene.
Each squad will cheer one game on Saturday mornings.
Games for basketball will be held at the BGSU Rec Center.
8 games and 11 practices in the season.
Practice day and time TBD.
